Pen Tool, Gradient, and Color Picker

1) Here is my original sketch: It scanned in very light, so I didn't need to use the template function.

2) Here is my traced sketch:

3) Here is my filled in trace:

***I'm not sure what a colorful description is. Using the pen tool was very difficult. When I was ready to put the gradient in I watched the tutorial, which was very helpful. I also watched the pen tutorial, which I should have watched before I started! I think it turned out well in the end, though, I especially like the grapes on the wine bottle.

Scanned Logo

This is the image I created from colored paper before I made my logos.

Text Logo's

My text logo's are based off of my perspective project. In that project, I placed wine bottles into the ocean getting smaller and smaller, as if they were going back in space. My logo is Philly Wine Party 2009, based off of the Boston Tea Party 1773. They threw tea overboard, I threw wine overboard.

Picture Logo's

1) This is a logo picture based off of my original subject, which is a wine bottle.

2) This is a wine glass logo, which relates to my subject in a pretty obvious way.

3) This is a grape logo, which also relates to my subject in an obvious way.

4) This logo is based off of my previous project, which was the anti-drinking ad for cats. See the caption on the ad to understand this logo.

Photo Collage

In my last image, I showed my cat, Mischa, surrounded by wine bottles and barrels. To take this a little further- this is an anti-drinking image for cats. This image should encourage your cat not to drink. Failure to observe this warning will cause your cat to spiral down the wine hole (similar to a black hole) of death. Please show this to your alcoholic cat- it could save her life!

Here are the original images I used to create this collage:
In my haste to get started on this project, I did not copy the URL that I appropriated the beach background from. You should know that this is not my image, and I'm grateful to the person who took the picture and then put it online so I could use it.
